ECO POSSIBILITIES IN LABELS
3R
Reduce
process of reducing the basis weight/thickness of materials
promoting construction containing recycla
Recycle
expanding our product portfolio that supports recycling
promoting monomaterial constructions
wash off labels to support recycling
Reuse
permanent labels resistant to washing process
supporting liner pickup program offered by our Suppliers
SHRINK SLEEVE LABELS
Perforation
Easy and quick separation of film from packaging
Motivates the consumer to recycle
Possibility to secure the product
Can be perforated lengthwise and crosswise
Films based on renewable raw materials
Based on ethanol made from corn or sugar cane
Oil-free material
Biodegradable film (EN 13432) - applies to non-printed version only
PAPER
Eco recommendation
paper with recycled content rMC
thinner paper eg. RAFNXT+ and thinner liner
avoid opaque paper where possible
Paper with wash-off adhesive
the washing temperature varies by region
application: logistics, deposit bottles
Compostable paper
wide range of facematerials
FSC certification

LABELS BASED ON NATURAL RAW MATERIALS
PE 85 BIOB
material made of ethanol from sugar cane
performance similar to standrard PE
appearance similar to standard PE
BIO-BASED PP
sustainably sourced eg. Palm oil or tall oil
identical structure to standard PP construction
FOREST FILM - PE I PP
UPM BioVerno fossil based
100% wood origin
identical structure to standard PP, PE constructions
PET PACKAGING + FLOATABLE LABELS
WASHOFF LABELS
technology CLEAN FLAKE
recommendation for conscious design
liner with recycled content rPET
perfect label's separation from the packaging
PET RECYCLING | HOW IT WORKS?
[1] Separation of PET bottles from other waste
[2] Collected bottles are ground into fine flakes
[3] The flakes go to a hot bath (65°-85°) in a sodium hydroxide - 1% NaOH
[4] The adhesive has a lower density than water therefore it floats. PET sinks - its density is greater than water.
LINER PICKUP PROGRAM
THE ROLE OF LINER IN SUPPLY CHAIN
liner counts around 30% of the value in the label supply chain
desylikonization, recycling and reuse
reduction of waste
PET RECYCLING
supports the circular economy
allows to monitor the amount of waste and CO2 emissions
applies to any type of glassing/PET liner
easy operation, application available
Taking into account current market trends in the area of environmental protection, our primary goal is to advise on the selection of raw materials in accordance with the principles of eco-design and to promote solutions that fit into the model of circular economy. Each project is analyzed with the utmost meticulousness to ensure that the proposed solution is in line with the principle of ecology-functionality, and in such a way we advise customers to make the product fully personalized while maintaining a long product life.
