1.     Administrator - The administrator of your personal data is Prime Label Investment Company S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw. The Administrator owns the Website, available at www.prime-label.com.

2.     Personal data - any information about an identified or identifiable natural person, in particular based on an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an IP number or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person.

3.     RODO - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

4.     Service - the website operated by the Administrator at www.prime-label.com.

5.     User - a natural person using the Website.

1.     In the case of directing communication to us by telephone, email or letter - we will process your data to conduct the communication and respond to the queries to which the communication directed to us relates (based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. to conduct the correspondence directed to us in connection with the business activity performed, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator). In the case of communications addressed to us - we will process the data necessary to support the process of analysing the request and responding to the communication, exceptionally, we may also process other data - covered by the notified communication based on the implicit consent given by the User sending this information (Article 6(1)(a) RODO). We encourage you to always provide the necessary information for the matter on which you are contacting us.

2.     The provision of services by electronic means in terms of providing Users with access to content published on the Website (based on Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, i.e. for the purpose of performing the agreement covering the provision of services by electronic means by the Administrator through the Website).

3.     Defence against asserted claims (based on Article 6(1)(f) RODO, i.e. for the purpose of possibly undertaking a legitimate defence against asserted claims or for the establishment and investigation of claims, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator).

Your personal data will not be processed by automated means and will not be profiled.

The Administrator has a public profile on LinkedIn. Accordingly, it processes the data that visitors to this profile leave (including comments, likes, web IDs), which are processed for the purpose of managing the Administrator's profile, providing information about its services, as well as for the purpose of enabling the activity of other users on these profiles, and possibly be processed for the purpose of asserting and defending against claims (processing based on Article 6(1)(f) RODO, i.e. what constitutes the Administrator's legitimate interest).
